Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers individual, family and group psychotherapy for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. She uses a solution-focused approach focusing on cognitive behavioral techniques. She assists by teaching coping strategies for depression, anxiety, mood swings, and self-esteem issues. Lauren promotes an environment of empathy, warmth and a non-judgmental attitude towards her clients leading them to a healthier and happier life.

Lauren has 8 years of experience in the mental health field working with dually diagnosed adult clients of all ages in partial programs in Trenton, NJ and in Bucks County, PA. Lauren has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Counseling from Rider University.
