Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor who offers individual, family and group psychotherapy for adults with mental health and substance abuse disorders. She uses a solution-focused approach focusing on cognitive behavioral techniques. She assists by teaching coping strategies for depression, anxiety, mood swings, and self-esteem issues. Lauren provides a nonjudgmental, warm and empathic environment while facilitating her clients’ growth and development.

Lauren has 10 years of experience in the mental health field working with dually diagnosed adult clients of all ages in partial programs in Trenton, NJ and in Bucks County, PA. Lauren has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Counseling from Rider University.
