Personal Coach

Kristina is a personal coach and brings nearly ten years of experience working with youth, adults and families to coaching. Her approach is solution-focused and strength based. She has worked for non-profits, local and state government and private industry. Most recently she has worked in the private and public education systems, as a teacher and teen group facilitator.

The hallmarks of personal coaching are partnership, accountability and action. Kristina partners with teens, young adults, professionals, entrepreneurs and seasoned executives to develop problem solving skills, design specific goals, create action plans, gain focus, build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, improve communication skills, reduce stress, and increase motivation. To keep the momentum going, she helps clients develop strategies to overcome the hang ups that get in the way of success. Most importantly, by aligning values and inner direction, with outward goals, clients are empowered to achieve sustainable results in their lives.

Kristina specializes in empowering teens and young adults to reach their true potential. She provides adults, schools, businesses and the larger community with insight into understanding and connecting with young adults. Kristina helps youth face difficult life matters such as adolescence, friendships, school issues, time management, motivation, self-image, and family conflicts, with confidence and clarity.

Kristina is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Social Work and completed a BA in Psychology at SUNY Oneonta. She also holds certifications in personal coaching and teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). Kristina is also certified facilitator for the LEAP Program, powerful character education program for young adults that empowers them to make better choices, increase self-confidence and build stronger relationships.
