Wednesdays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm in Cape May Court House

Open to those who are newly diagnosed with any type of cancer, undergoing treatment, finished with treatment, or in any phase of recovery. We will discuss how to:

• Manage emotions 
• Reduce stress, depression, and anxiety
• Reduce feelings of helplessness
• Gain a sense of control
• Implement coping skills
• Gain practical knowledge and educational support

Our group offers help and hope through discussing how to cope with the emotional, physical, and practical stressors of cancer. We will share resources and gain support from each other with the guidance of a licensed clinical social worker, Barbara Stewart, MSW, LCSW.

How to Register
Complete an intake online or call 609-844-0452, extension 713 to schedule an intake. Most insurances are accepted.
